already sent you the isk and account name, no idea why are you selling it to another player.

Not sure when you sent it mate, but I only received one 5bil payment, so if it was sent after the character transfer started you need to talk to the new owner.

second, there is a 10 hours lock down in which you are supposed to be in charge of the pilot before it disapear from your account.

There you have it :) Character is in transition at the moment, and there is the 5bil plus 2 unread emails on the character, so you'll have to talk to the new owner. Future reference, before sending ISK make sure to check the forum thread, especially if you never got a response from me until 6 hours after you inquired.

As you can see Tru and I conversed instantly, and he also sent the ISK promptly, and the reality is whoever puts the ISK in my wallet first gets the alt.

AND you can talk to CCP, BUT due to the fact that you sent the ISK without checking the thread 6 hours later (and I'm sure when you did you saw that I sold the toon) you sent the ISK knowing the pilot was sold, so unless you have an agreement with the new owner, I don't know if he's obligated to give your ISK back.

The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer.
